Here’s how our typical process works:

Stage 1: Initial Consultation

Ready to create the outdoor paradise of your dreams? Contact our team to set up an initial consultation. During this initial discussion, we’ll review what you’re looking for and talk about how Lakeview Infinity Pools can help. We recommend visiting your home, as this gives our team helpful insight about the current condition of your space, and will inform how we transform your outdoor environment.

How to contact our team: We’re available via email, phone, or through our website chatbot. Once you submit an enquiry, we aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Stage 2: Design & Quote

Our skilled team will take your ideas and wishlist, and use this information to put an initial design together. We’ll also build out an estimate of costs and timing. We believe in honesty and transparency and will always notify you of any potential changes in pricing or project timelines.

Stage 3: Work Commences

Once design and quote are finalized, construction begins! The length of construction depends on the exact scope of work. Pools, depending on their size and construction material, typically take between 3 and 9 months to complete. Larger landscaping and hardscaping items that require significant changes, such as structural elements like retaining walls, can take up to a year.

Stage 4: Completion

Once all work is completed, you’ll have a fantastic pool or outdoor space ready to be used as your personal oasis.
